How I found Zazzle

In the year of 2008,I lost my beloved mum to a combination of Alzheimers and a heart attack. This left me with spare time on my hands even though back then I was still working part-time, as a Personal Care Assistant,Nurse Assistant .In aged care in Australia. I found beading when a lovely bead shop opened up in my local town. Amazingly I took to it like a duck to water. However a year or more on I injured both shoulders at work through repetition and my right shoulder also had a tear to the Rotator Cuff. This put a stop to my beading and even now 2 years on,I still have not been able to get that interest back for my beading. I belonged to a Australian Beading Forum and one day another member posted a beading design on a T-shirt that she had created on Zazzle. What on earth is Zazzle thought I,and off I went for a look . Zazzle is Custom T-Shirts, Gifts, Art & more! Zazzle is the world's leading platform for quality custom products. Zazzle's proprietary technology enables individuals, professional artists, and major brands, including Disney and Hallmark, to create and offer billions of unique products for customers worldwide. Zazzle's rapidly expanding product base covers every topic imaginable and includes t-shirts, business cards, invitations, in addition to a variety of custom gifts. Upon creation, products are instantly and accurately visualized on the site and offered in the Zazzle marketplace. When ordered, each product is made on-demand, typically within 24 hours. Launched in 2005 and based in Redwood City, California, Zazzle's vision is to redefine commerce, powered by the world's imagination. Zazzle although based in the USA has many International sites, although I like to work through the American site.My products are still available through my Australian site.http://www.zazzle.com.au/myshelle Well this seemed pretty easy, you upload photos place them on products and they sell. WRONG! I look back now 18 months later and realise how naive I was, I thought I had read well enough on what to do,but how good is well enough ? I certainly had not read and understood enough for me. I have made many, many mistakes. But Hey I am still there, still learning. No matter what Art genre you use,you can upload it to Zazzle. I started with my photographs of all things floral and expanded on from there. I never looked at Zazzle as being my money source, but more to be creative and to detract away from my Depression. I float off into another world when I am Zazzling.
